We're excited to partner with our neighbors at The Vitality Lounge for a special Saturday morning dedicated to movement, wellness, and bringing our local community together.
Join us for your favorite reformer Pilates class, then stick around for an optional wellness experience with The Vitality Lounge. Whether you're a Two Waves regular, brand new to Pilates, or simply curious about the wellness offerings, we'd love to welcome you!
Your Wellness, Your Way
The Vitality Lounge will be joining us in the studio, offering two optional wellness services administered by their licensed medical providers.
✨ Vitamin B12 Injections — $25
Normally $30 | Special event pricing
Vitamin B12 plays an important role in normal energy metabolism, nerve function, and red blood cell production.
The Vitality Lounge will be offering methylcobalamin B12 injections during the event, with their providers available to answer questions and determine whether the service is appropriate for you.
Approximate appointment time: 5–10 minutes
💧 Mini IV Infusions — $75
Looking for an additional wellness experience?
The Vitality Lounge will also offer mini IV infusions containing B vitamins and hydration.
Their licensed providers will be available to explain the treatment, review eligibility, and answer your questions.
Infusion size: 250 mL
Approximate infusion time: 10–15 minutes

Our regularly scheduled Saturday reformer Pilates classes will continue as usual.
Whether you're just getting started or already love your time on the reformer, there's a class for you!
8:00 AM — First Wave - New to reformer Pilates? Start here!
Our beginner-friendly introductory class focuses on learning the reformer, building confidence, and getting comfortable with the foundations of Pilates.
9:00 AM — Wave Sculpt - Ready to turn up the intensity?
Wave Sculpt combines the foundations of reformer Pilates with an added emphasis on sculpting, strength, and controlled movement.
10:00 AM — The Wave - Our signature reformer Pilates experience!
A balanced, full-body class designed to build strength, improve mobility, and leave you feeling accomplished.
Pilates classes require advance booking and are subject to availability. Regular class pricing, packages, and memberships apply.
Not Taking Class? Come Anyway!
You don't need to be booked into a Pilates class to join us! The Vitality Lounge's wellness pop-up is open to the local community, whether you're an existing Two Waves client or visiting our studio for the first time. Stop by anytime between 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM to meet the Vitality team, learn more about their services, and enjoy a little Saturday wellness. There's no admission fee to stop by, and there's absolutely no obligation to purchase a wellness service.

The Vitality Lounge
We're excited to collaborate with another local business that shares our passion for wellness and helping people feel their best.
The Vitality Lounge is a Wallingford-based medical aesthetics and wellness practice offering a variety of services, including wellness injections and IV vitamin therapy.
For this special event, their team of licensed Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) will be onsite to provide wellness services, answer medical questions, and help participants understand their options.

Do I need an appointment for the B12 injection or mini IV?

No! The Vitality Lounge will be accepting walk-ins throughout the event. Services are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to provider availability and medical eligibility.
Do I need to take a Pilates class to participate?

Not at all! The wellness pop-up is open to everyone ages 18 and older, whether or not you're attending a Pilates class.
Can I receive a wellness service before or after Pilates?

The Vitality Lounge has advised that eligible participants may generally receive B12 injections before or after Pilates without a required waiting period. Their providers will review individual circumstances and make any necessary recommendations.
How do I pay for wellness services?

All wellness services and payments will be handled directly by The Vitality Lounge. Pilates bookings and payments are handled separately by Two Waves.
Is everyone eligible to receive a B12 injection or mini IV?

Not necessarily. The Vitality Lounge will review medical history, discuss any relevant health considerations, and determine eligibility before providing treatment.
Can I just stop by and learn more?

Absolutely! We'd love to welcome you into the studio, introduce you to The Vitality Lounge team, and share a little about what makes Two Waves special.
Wellness services are independently provided by The Vitality Lounge, not Two Waves Pilates. Participation is voluntary. All injections and infusions are subject to medical screening, informed consent, and provider discretion. Individual benefits are not guaranteed, and vitamin treatments are not a substitute for medical care.
